Below is a list of the most current forms and resources. To access outside of File Explorer, use the directions below:

1. click the form that you need from the Portal
2. on the left hand side, click EDIT PDF
3. on the upper right hand side, click on the DOWNLOAD option next to the share button
4. a pop up to the Windows File will prompt you to save it in the file that you want it saved to
5. it is best to edit the form once you have saved it
