We are looking for a motivated and organized Operations Coordinator to support our team and ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Position Overview
As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the brokerage are streamlined and efficient. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication across teams, and providing support for various marketing and project management needs. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using digital tools like Canva, Microsoft Word, Asana, and Adobe, and have a strong ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and design of marketing materials using Canva and Adobe
- Manage and update content for social media platforms to enhance our online presence
- Organize, prioritize, and complete tasks in Asana, ensuring deadlines are met
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents and correspondence using Microsoft Word
- Coordinate and track multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously while ensuring accuracy
- Communicate effectively with internal and external teams, providing support where needed
- Stay organized and maintain attention to detail while handling multiple tasks
- Help manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth workflow
Key Qualifications
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Proven experience using Canva for graphic design and marketing materials
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience managing tasks and projects with Asana or similar project management tools
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
