Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry or questionnaire, we collect the fields you complete, such as your name, contact details, property interests and message. We use this information to respond to your request and route it to the appropriate team or service.
Please do not include passwords, Social Security numbers, bank account details or payment card information in an enquiry form.
Website activity and advertising attribution
The website records campaign information to help connect enquiries with the advertising or referral that brought you here. This can include UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers, the landing page, referring website and first and most recent visit timestamps. Campaign information can be attached to your enquiry.
Our own campaign-attribution record is stored in your browser for up to 90 days. Public pages also use analytics and marketing services configured through Google Tag Manager and LeadConnector. These services may use cookies and collect information about your browser, device and interactions. Their storage periods and settings are separate from our website's attribution record.
Forms and service providers
Our hosting, email delivery, questionnaire and customer relationship management providers process information needed to receive and respond to enquiries. Depending on the form, these services include Cloudflare, SendGrid, Google Forms, HubSpot and LeadConnector. A form may send information to the existing email recipients or workflow associated with that enquiry.
HubSpot forms use HubSpot's own form and spam-checking service. Videos, maps, property search tools and other external content may connect to their providers when loaded or opened. Those providers apply their own privacy policies.
Protected resources
Protected portals use a session cookie to remember authorized access. Portal pages and the website editor do not load the website's marketing tracking scripts. Opening an external resource from a portal may connect you to a separate service.
Storage and retention
The website keeps a private recovery copy of enquiries handled by its form service before attempting delivery. Recovery copies are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Delivery references are retained for up to 180 days to help prevent duplicate submissions and investigate delivery problems. Copies received by our email, questionnaire and customer management systems are managed separately.
