Shane was raised on a working farm and ranch in South Texas along the shores of Copano Bay in Refugio County. When he wasn’t fishing for redfish or hunting in the brush country, he was operating farm equipment, building fences, and working cattle. This is where he learned to love the value of real estate, natural resources, and hard work.

After graduating from college in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management, Shane returned to South Texas where he started a family and built a professional career in the petrochemical industry and in real estate.

Since 1998, Shane has been buying, improving, operating and selling personal ranch land, residential and recreational property in Texas and Oklahoma. Shane decided in 2023 to become a Realtor with a goal to be a premier agent specializing in ranch, farm and coastal properties.
